Rough Draft Challenge!

April 2026 – Finishing My Novel

SO EXCITED FOR THIS! Sarra Cannon over at Heart Breathings on Youtube (linked here) is hosting the next round of The Rough Draft Challenge which is a month long writing (or productivity!) challenge to significantly progress or even finish your work in progress. My goal for April’s RDC is to write 50k words within the month, essentially finishing Second Man!

I am currently approximately 20k words into Second Man as I am typing this so the Ruby tier is what I am aiming for. I am excited to get back into my novel! I’ll be posting a follow up after April to see where I’m at. Let me know your plans for April too!
